At Buffalo Niagara Physical Therapy our mission is to improve the pain-free movement and quality of life for each individual that we care for.
Founded with this philosophy in mind, Fellowship and specialty-trained physical therapists Terry Rose and James Krolewski have worked to create a unique clinic, with a level of quality that is evident from the minute you step inside the door. Terry RosE, DPT, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT
Terry Rose is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT).
Terry holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Masters of Science Degree in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from Daemen College. Also, a Masters Degree in Administration in Human Services from Buffalo State College.
He is credentialed in the McKenzie method for Mechanical intervention of the Spine and Extremities. He is certified by the NYS Education Department in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.
Terry has received the University of Buffalo Physical Therapy Clinical Educator of the Year and, the Daemen College Physical Therapy Leadership Awards for his work in students.
Terry is a published first author in the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy. This clinical trial in the care of neck and back pain was a platform presentation at the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy annual conference. This research has also been presented at the McKenzie Institute International and the American Physical Therapy Association (CSM) Conferences.
Terry is a graduate of Lake Shore Central High School playing football, travel soccer and wrestling. He lives with his wife Karen and son Michael in Amherst, NY. In his spare time he enjoys strength training, running, skiing, fishing, shooting and home improvement.

James Krolewski, PT, Cert. MDT
Jim graduated from Daemen College, Suma Cum Laude in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
Jim holds is credentialed and has 25 years in practice with the McKenzie System Method (Cert. MDT). This system utilizes a clinical response method for patient classification to optimize each patient's result. Hallmarks of this system also include patient education for self management, wellness and prevention of future episodes.
Jim has 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, primarily caring for orthopedic and sports injuries; post operative shoulder, knee and ankle patients, and rehabilitation for spine, neck and back pain. His experience set James apart as to go to physical therapist for the Knee Center of WNY Surgeon's and care team.
Prior to his role as the Director of Physical Therapy for the Knee Center of WNY, James owned and operated Buffalo-Niagara Physical Therapy in his home town of Niagara Falls New York. James cared for patients in this region for 15 years.
Jim is a proud graduate of Niagara Catholic High School. He lives in North Tonawanda with his wife Patricia, his son and daughter and dogs, Max and Ruby.
In his spare time Jim enjoys playing ice hockey, woodworking and making furniture, structural building and, cycling up to 80 miles per week for fitness outdoors.

Jill A Graney, PT
Jill graduated from University of Buffalo in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She was a member of the Women’s Swimming and Diving team for 4 years serving as a captain for 2 years. She earned an NCAA All American honorable mention for spring-board diving, as well as Scholar Athlete and Deans list awards. Jill has over 29 years of experience as an out-patient orthopedic Physical Therapist. Her specialties are in treating athletic and sport related injuries, as well as post-operative knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder patients. She also has been teaching as an adjunct instructor for the past 15 years at Villa Maria College in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Jill grew up in Williamsville and is an Alumni of Williamsville South High School. She now lives in Buffalo with her husband, 3 children, and 2 Labrador retrievers. She has led a very active and adventurous life. Outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, running and biking are her favorite hobbies. She has participated in multiple triathlons including 2 Ironman finishes in Lake Placid NY, numerous 5K, half marathon, and full marathon running races, and a Boston Marathon finish.

Patient education includes the use of eraser boards, customized computer-generated home exercise programs, and most importantly, one-on-one collaboration with your evaluating physical therapist.

Our treatment approach is comprehensive and evidence-based. Patient education, including home exercise programs, manual "hands on" therapy, and therapeutic exercise, are the mainstays of the clinical care that you will receive. In addition to our central open floor plan, our closed door, private treatment rooms offer confidentiality during assessments, as well as a place for treatment for patients who prefer privacy.

The Buffalo Niagara Physical Therapy facility is located in The Park Center, 180 Park Club Lane, Suite 225 A.
Its a short walk in, park near and enter the front door, once you are in the building, take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
